What we collect

Information you submit. When you fill out the estimate or trade-inquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the details you type about your project, and any photos you attach. This goes to our form processor, Formspree, and is delivered to our business email.

Information from WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see whatever WhatsApp shares with any business account you message — typically your phone number and profile name — governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

Automatic analytics. Like most business websites, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people found the site. This collects general, non-precise information such as your approximate location (city/region level, not your address), device and browser type, and which pages you viewed — it does not include your name or contact details unless you separately submitted them through a form. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; you can block them with your browser's cookie or tracking-protection settings without losing access to the site.

How we use it

Form submissions are used only to respond to your estimate or trade request. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site traffic and improve the pages — we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers that make the site work: Formspree (form delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), and WhatsApp/Meta (if you choose to message us there). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can contact us by email instead of the form or WhatsApp if you'd rather not use either. You can ask us to delete information you've previously submitted by emailing info@helmandhide.com. You can block Google Analytics cookies in your browser at any time.
